Therapeutic exercise refers to a wide range of physical activities that focus on restoring and improving strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility, stability and motor control. Our staff operate on the theory of neuro-developmental programming that states our brain has infinite storage for motor programs and we can access them again even when we have learned to move in a dysfunctional program because of injuries, pain, or poor habits.
-
Pelvic rehabilitation primarily focuses on disorders associated with the pelvis, the bony structure between the legs and spine, and the pelvic floor, the group of muscles that form the bottom or 'floor' of the pelvis. When treating pelvic pain we focus on the joints, muscles, and nerves.
-
Vestibular Rehabilitation is a unique form of therapy that aims to reduce vertigo and dizziness experienced, as well as improve vision clarity and balance, and prevent debilitating falls.

Spine decompression seeks to relieve the pressure to ease the pain by slowly and in a controlled manner distracting the joints of the spine. It allows proper healthy blood flow to return.

We provide experienced and skilled assessment of sport related injuries using evidence based and sport specific metrics to allow for the most prompt diagnosis and understanding of the injury. Treatment is focused on a safe and speedy return to sport using tools such as the FMS/FCS to give our athletes confidence in returning to their personal level of sport demand.

Our team is experienced in providing appropriate interventions to treat neurological disorders educating patients on how their nervous system works and how to engage with it to achieve functional goals. Years of expertise and treatment of varied and challenging cases make our team effective and efficient in treatment of neuromuscular dysfunction.

Redcord is a rehabilitation specific tool created to reduce or increase the difficulty of exercise using a sling that suspends part or all of the body for the improvement of nearly all musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain. Our staff are trained on its incorporation into rehab protocols from post operative care to low level sprains to muscular imbalances to return to sport.
